CRESCENT LAKES
We tried to choose the best of both worlds when we chose the location for our home - near enough to the great theme parks for convenience and far enough away to get some peace, quiet and relaxation in between visits!
Crescent Lakes was built by an award winning builder in America's Most Admired Homes category. The community consists of both residential and rental homes - these are arranged in smaller communities, nestled around lakes or natural forest land within a huge wildlife conservation area of many square miles
There is plenty of space between the homes in the community so that you don't feel cramped or overlooked by your neighbors
There is a community BBQ area, basketball court, several tot lots and lots of open space
There's also great fishing in the lakes around our home
We chose a unique premium home lot which has a lake at the front of our home, another lake at the rear of our home and with a stream on one side so that you get even more space as well as stunning views!
You can sit in the spa, or relax on the pool patio on one of our luxurious loungers and enjoy the view of the peaceful lakeside setting with its wildlife and watch the amazing sunsets across the lake
Crescent Lakes is around 15 minutes from Disney and other area attractions and it is located in a huge wildlife conservation area - there's also a nature reserve and the Disney Wilderness Preserve, both of which you can visit and see all sorts of wildlife in their natural habitat, just a few minutes away
There are local supermarkets, stores and restaurants within a few minutes as well as a horse riding stables, animal petting farm, bass fishing, a Boggy Creek Airboat ride location and some great golf courses - we have a discount facility for our guests at one of the golf courses together with FREE golf club rental - please ask us!
Highway 192 with its multitude of shops and restaurants is about 5 minutes away
If you want to venture further afield, the Atlantic coast (for Kennedy Space Center, Daytona, Cocoa Beach, etc) is about one hour away and the Gulf Coast (Tampa, Busch Gardens, etc) is about 1.5 hours away
