Our wonderful home is very spacious with plenty of room to spread out and has cathedral ceilings in most rooms for a light and airy feel. It is fully equipped for your vacation and sleeps a maximum of eight + one infant under two years of age in total comfort

Lakeside Magic also has a superb private pool, a spa with a waterfall feature and a wonderful lake view as well as a stream on one side - there are no privacy fences as you don't need them

	FLORA DREAMS - FULL SIZE DOUBLE BEDROOM - this bedroom is really pretty, with a remote controlled cable TV, remote controlled paddle fan/light with dimmer and an alarm clock - and some surprises!
ANIMAL MAGIC - TWIN BEDROOM with an amazing Disney Animal Kingdom theme - be transported to Africa but watch out for the wildlife! This room has a remote controlled cable TV, remote controlled paddle fan/light with dimmer and alarm clock... and surprises!
ADDITIONAL BATHROOM with bathtub & shower, washbasin, hairdryer and toilet Separate fully equipped LAUNDRY ROOM with large capacity washer and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board and laundry baskets GARAGE with pool and air hockey, electric door opener and clothes line dry facility and equipment

Lighted lanai (covered area with cathdral ceiling) with dual remote control paddle fan/dimmer light, leading to:

Extra large patio area with furniture provided, including luxury padded loungers and chairs, table and sun parasol

Lighted and heatable pool (heating available at additional charge) and jacuzzi/spa (heating available at additional charge) with a waterfall feature

To further enhance our superb pool, we have installed fibre optic lighting with absolutely stunning automatic colour changes

     

Both pool and jacuzzi have integral ledge seating as well as uninterrupted views over the rear lake with its great wildlife and spectacular sunsets

There's another lake at the front of the home and a stream on one side - for pool privacy without fences!

All outdoor areas described above are fully net screened for your comfort - to keep bugs out but let all that Florida sunshine in...

FOR YOUR HEALTH & SAFETY

We'd like you to know that we take your health and safety in our home very seriously

Lakeside Magic is fully licensed for short term rental - you'll find the licence certificate displayed on the kitchen noticeboard - and meets all current safety requirements

These include smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, emergency lighting, flashlights, first aid kit & emergency wind up radio

For the added safety of your little ones, we have pool door alarms and 'escape resistant' pool area net screens

In addition, we also have a monitored security alarm system which also activates in the case of fire and an electronic safe (available for a small additional charge) to keep your valuables secure
