Our US$ quotation prices include, local, long distance and International telephone calls, broadband and wifi internet unlimited use, normal use of all utility (gas, electricity, water, etc) bills, jacuzzi/spa heating and the use of all the many amenities of our home
Our prices do not include Sales & tourist taxes or any options you may wish to order, ie pool heating, etc

Pool heating is recommended from November to April but never compulsory and can be ordered, to your choice, at any time of the year Jacuzzi/spa heating is INCLUDED in our rental prices Both our pool and spa are heated by natural gas which means that they heat up quickly and work whatever the weather - unlike some other types of pool heating |

Gas/electric - a
clean fee is included in the rental price so you don't have to
worry about cleaning before you check-out

Rollaway beds

Suitable for small
